Tile moulds

By purchasing plastic tile moulds manufactured by our Company you can decorate the environment at your home or homestead in a very cost-efficient manner: to build paths, sidewalks, and driveways. All you need to do is fill tile moulds (which are available in various sizes) manufactured by our Company with concrete, compact it with a pallet used by bricklayers or plasterers, leave them for 2-3 days and take out of the mould. The moulds are reusable. You can start laying the tiles as soon as you have enough of them. Concrete preparation method using gravel and crushed stone filler: take 2 parts of cement, 1 part of crushed stone, 4 parts of gravel and water. Concrete preparation method using gravel filler: take 1 part of cement, 2 parts of gravel and water. Note: in order to achieve better quality of the tiles, it is recommended using a vibro-table (vibro-plate) and adding supplements (hidrozol) when making a larger quantity. Use only Lithuanian or Belgian cement, make: 400-500. The crushed stone should be granite (5-7 mm size fraction). The gravel should be sieved and free of limestone.
